Mars is Funny
Skeptic Park : Comic by Crispian Jago
To fully appreciate the brilliance of this comic you do need to know that it is, in fact, true that Simon Singh has been sued by the British Chiropractic Association because he published words saying they continued to promote "bogus" treatments. Bogus is the word in question, whereas the BCA seems to think he has accused them of charlatanry (distinctly possible) while the rest of the thinking world feels free to understand Simon to have meant, "unproven", "without substantive evidence supporting" or even "hokey." It would seem to me that those of guilty conscience would be first to jump upon the assumption of the accusation of fraud over flimsy.
Conspiracy Theorist Convinces Neil Armstrong Moon Landing Was Faked
(From The Onion.com) LEBANON, OHIO—Apollo 11 mission commander and famed astronaut Neil Armstrong shocked reporters at a press conference Monday, announcing he had been convinced that his historic first step on the moon was part of an elaborate hoax orchestrated by the United States government.
According to Armstrong, he was forced to reconsider every single detail of the monumental journey after watching a few persuasive YouTube videos, and reading several blog posts on conspiracy theorist Ralph Coleman's website, OmissionControl dot org.

Babies on Mars
Back in the good old days of Mars exploration an astronaut wanders away from the base camp and comes across a beautiful young Martian woman stirring a large steaming cauldron. The beautiful young Martian woman looks up surprised to see the Earthman.
"I didn't mean to startle you," the astronaut says. "What are you doing?"
"Making a Martian baby," explains the young woman."We have to stir our spiritual essences together in this pot for hours until a baby forms in the chamber"
"I'm speechless, that's amazing!" said the Astronaut.
"Why, how do they do it on Earth?"said the curious Martian gal.
The Earthman explains, and when the beautiful young Martian appears confused by his explanation, he offers to demonstrate.
When the Earthman is finished he leans back with a smile, but the young Martian woman is clearly puzzled. "Where is the baby?"
"Oh, the baby won't come along for nine months now," he replies.
She continues to look puzzled. "Then why did you stop stirring?"
